At The Glam, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Every service is performed based on a thorough consultation, and we do our best to deliver results that meet your expectations.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on completed services. Due to the nature of the procedures, results cannot be restored to their original state once a service is completed.
All products sold at the salon are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your results, please contact us within 7 days of your service date. We will listen carefully to your concerns and guide you toward the most appropriate solution.
If necessary, we offer one complimentary touch-up (correction) service. The touch-up must be scheduled within 20 days of your original service date. After that period, additional fees may apply.
A complimentary touch-up or remedy may not be available in the following cases:
- Additional procedures or modifications were performed at another salon after our service
- Issues arose from not following the aftercare instructions provided
- The design was carried out as requested after sufficient consultation
- The reason is a simple change of mind or personal preference
No-Show Policy
Please notify us in advance if you are unable to make your appointment.
First no-show: waived, as we understand this occasionally happens
Subsequent no-shows: 50% of the missed appointment value will be charged, and full prepayment will be required at the time of booking for future services
